General Category: The Most Successful Failures

 Today, I would like to talk to you about one of the most controversial and debated topics in India. I would like to delve deeper into the reservation quota system in India. However, I will try to keep it short and concise with some facts and practical solutions. This is an opinion of an Indian to the Indians and not the opinion of any specific caste or group. Please read it regardless of what caste or category you belong to!

Firstly, The Caste System was started by our ancestors who have lack of knowledge and education so why should we suffer this severe law?

Secondly, it's not only India where the caste system is practiced, but In the USA also they are called 'Untouchables' but there is no certain harsh law like reservation of seats that's why we call them a 'developed nation'.

Thirdly, giving reservations hasn't solved the problem much instead it only created 'professional segregation', and whether a person from 'the reserved category' has got that job due to his/her capability the society thinks that he/she must have got that from the reservation quota.

Fourth, have you ever wondered why there are no reservations in the Indian Armed Forces? Because that so-called politicians don't wanna compromise their own security but they are ready to make the upper posts a 'void'.

Fifthly, the government should enact strict laws and impose penalties in order to put an end to Caste System at the ground level.

Opportunities should be provided to them rather than favoritism.

Reservations should be there but it should be based on the economic criteria rather than caste, and the government should focus on providing education, skill development, and equal opportunities for all citizens and addressing the root causes of discrimination and inequality.

In the end, just think about it regardless of what category you belong to. Does the reservation that I or others are provided with have a long-term benefit for the nation or not?

HOW LONG WILL I FAIL?

How long will i fail? Answering this question is quite arduous or rather easy in some sense because normally the more arduous it is to answer a question, the more extricate it is to find answers. Everybody seems to be fully ready to guide you, to advise  you irrespective to the fact that they may not have an  iota of  sense regarding that topic, but what, it doesn't require some degree to be a philosopher. Becoming philosopher is like cutting a cake, you can come up with anything, any system of doctrine, any belief or any opinion. Essentially philosophies are often devoid of reasoning that's why sheer rationalist prefer science over spirituality, religion and philosophies. But, what I know, spirituality is not based on mere conception rather it is a prodigious science but unfortunately all is distorted over time.

well, we are digressing, so coming back to the topic. you will continue to fail as long you ask other regarding your setbacks.

we are kind of accustomed to solicit everything in our life. Under specific scenario, its lucrative to ask but it is not a kind of question that should be asked, because nobody ever could tell you the right facts. And, even if you are able to find the most proficient person and suppose he acquaint you with  the exact reason of your failure then also imposition is not in his hand. Now-a-day,  the main agenda of modern motivational speakers is to mentally aid you in imposing  the desired things.

But, hold on, you have heard multitude of motivational speech but what is the cumulative outcome? 

The only way to halt the failure is to surge within, you know the exact reason of your setbacks or clutter, don't you? Besides, you also know which ones are factual and which are simply psychological. You have the privilege to know the whole story to its subtitles.Very rarely you will explore a factual hindrance in your path. But if the scenario is crystal clear, why we ask, why we spend much of our time in seeking? It is so because we don't know ourselves to a conducive extent or we are unconsciously trying to hide our incapability. The incapability of not being able to escape our lethargy. The incapability of not being able to accept our lazy nature. 

Factually, there is no other reason than lethargy behind our failure. There can't be any other reason. The day we will be able to form an unwavering resolve about being utterly sincere towards our work suppressing our laziness, than that day we can mark as the termination of our failures.People who are in the habit of enjoying the comfort of inaction often pay a high price at the end.
